Including our flagship 42-Minute Circuit with daily changing workouts, and our exclusive              boxing circuits. Our training infrastructure delivers over 160 different 42-minute classes for up to 21 people taught by experienced, supportive & highly motivating fitness experts.

Jason brings a wealth of experience from his long career within the NRL and Super League. He developed the idea of Concept 42 to bring engagement and inclusiveness within fitness to the local community.

Ash is one of our premier trainers here at Concept 42. She provides both youth and experience to the gym and regular classes. She will able to provide you with helpful strategies in planning a healthy and holistic lifestyle.

Adam prides himself in getting the best out if his clients. Whilst working 1 on 1 and during classes, he will able to provide the feedback you need to correct your techniques and optimise you body's potential.
