Including our flagship 42-Minute Circuit with daily changing workouts, and our exclusive custom boxing circuits. Our training infrastructure delivers over 160 different 42-minute classes for up to 21 people taught by experienced, supportive & highly motivating fitness experts.

Jason, with a distinguished career in the NRL and Super League, brings a wealth of experience to the forefront. Inspired by his passion for fostering engagement and inclusivity in fitness, he conceived Concept 42 as a means to empower the local community.

With nearly a decade in the fitness industry, Ash brings energy, experience, and a passion for helping people feel stronger both physically and mentally. Specialising in boxing, strength training, and functional fitness, she creates a supportive and motivating environment where members can build confidence, consistency, and long-term healthy habits — all while enjoying the process and pushing towards their goals.

Tiegan brings energy, positivity, and a passion for helping people move well into every session. As a future Physio, she combines her coaching experience with a strong focus on technique, movement quality and injury prevention. With her big smile and motivating approach, Tiegan is dedicated to creating a supportive gym community at C42 where everyone feels empowered to achieve their best.
